KOSINUSA는 교회, 회원, 사역, 이메일, 주소 및 행정 관리를 돕기 위한 웹 기반 서비스입니다. 본 서비스는 사용자의 명시적인 동의가 있을 때 Google 계정과 연결하여 Gmail 기능 및 Google Maps 관련 기능을 제공합니다.

KOSINUSA is a web-based service designed to support church, member, ministry, email, address, and administrative management. With the user’s explicit consent, KOSINUSA may connect to Google services to provide Gmail-related features and Google Maps-related features.

2. 접근 또는 수집하는 정보 / Information We Access or Collect

KOSINUSA는 사용자가 Google OAuth 동의 화면에서 허용한 범위 내에서만 Google 사용자 데이터에 접근합니다.

KOSINUSA accesses Google user data only within the scope authorized by the user through the Google OAuth consent screen.

2.1 Gmail Data

서비스 기능 제공을 위해 KOSINUSA는 Gmail API를 통해 다음 기능을 수행할 수 있습니다.

To provide service features, KOSINUSA may use the Gmail API to perform the following actions:

• 이메일 읽기 / Read emails
• 이메일 작성 및 발송 / Compose and send emails
• 이메일 수정 / Modify emails
• 이메일 삭제 또는 휴지통 이동 / Delete or move emails to trash
• 이메일 별표 처리 / Star or unstar emails
• 이메일 라벨 처리 / Apply or remove labels
• 사용자가 요청한 이메일 관리 작업 수행 / Perform email management actions requested by the user

2.2 Google Maps and Address Data

KOSINUSA는 회원 또는 교회 주소를 지도에 표시하기 위해 주소 정보를 사용할 수 있습니다.

KOSINUSA may use member or church address information to display locations on a map.

• 회원 또는 교회 주소 / Member or church address
• 지도 표시를 위한 위치 정보 / Location data for map display

3. 정보 사용 목적 / How We Use Information

KOSINUSA는 접근 또는 수집한 정보를 다음 목적에만 사용합니다.

KOSINUSA uses accessed or collected information only for the following purposes:

• 사용자가 요청한 이메일 관리 기능 제공 / To provide email management features requested by the user
• 교회 행정 및 회원 관리 기능 제공 / To support church administration and member management
• 회원 또는 교회 주소를 지도에 표시 / To display member or church addresses on a map
• 서비스 보안, 오류 수정, 기능 개선 / To maintain security, fix errors, and improve service functionality
• 사용자의 요청에 따른 계정 연결 및 해제 처리 / To process account connection or disconnection requests

4. 정보 저장 / Data Storage

KOSINUSA는 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 저장합니다. Google OAuth 토큰은 사용자의 Google 계정 연결을 유지하기 위해 서버에 저장될 수 있습니다. 이 토큰은 안전하게 보호되며, 사용자가 요청하면 삭제됩니다.

KOSINUSA stores only the minimum information necessary to provide the service. Google OAuth tokens may be stored on our server to maintain the user’s Google account connection. These tokens are protected securely and deleted upon user request.

이메일 본문, 첨부파일, 주소 정보 등은 서비스 기능 수행에 필요한 경우에만 일시적으로 또는 제한적으로 저장될 수 있습니다.

Email content, attachments, and address information may be stored temporarily or in a limited manner only when necessary to provide service features.

5. 정보 공유 / Data Sharing

KOSINUSA는 Google 사용자 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다. KOSINUSA는 Google 사용자 데이터를 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

KOSINUSA does not sell Google user data. KOSINUSA does not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

KOSINUSA는 다음 경우를 제외하고 Google 사용자 데이터를 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다.

KOSINUSA does not share Google user data with third parties except in the following cases:

• 사용자가 명시적으로 요청하거나 동의한 경우 / When the user explicitly requests or consents

• 사용자 프로파일링 / User profiling
• 데이터 판매 / Selling data
• 서비스 기능과 무관한 목적 / Purposes unrelated to service functionality
• 인공지능 모델 학습 목적 / Training artificial intelligence models

7. 사람이 이메일 내용을 열람하는 경우 / Human Access to Email Data

KOSINUSA는 사용자의 명시적 동의 없이 사람이 사용자의 이메일 내용을 열람하지 않습니다. 단, 다음과 같은 제한적인 경우에는 필요한 범위 내에서 접근할 수 있습니다.

KOSINUSA does not allow humans to read user email content without the user’s explicit consent. Limited access may occur only in the following cases:

• 사용자가 지원 요청을 하며 명시적으로 허용한 경우 / When the user explicitly consents for support purposes
• 보안 문제 조사 또는 오류 해결이 필요한 경우 / When necessary to investigate security issues or fix technical errors

KOSINUSA는 사용자 데이터를 보호하기 위해 합리적인 기술적, 관리적 보안 조치를 사용합니다.

KOSINUSA uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect user data.

• HTTPS 암호화 통신 / HTTPS encrypted communication
• 서버 접근 제한 / Restricted server access
• OAuth 토큰 보호 / Protection of OAuth tokens
• 관리자 접근 제한 / Restricted administrator access
• 정기적인 보안 점검 / Periodic security review

9. 보관 기간 / Data Retention

KOSINUSA는 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 동안만 사용자 데이터를 보관합니다. 사용자가 Google 계정 연결 해제 또는 데이터 삭제를 요청하면, 관련 OAuth 토큰 및 저장된 Google 사용자 데이터는 합리적인 기간 내에 삭제됩니다.

KOSINUSA retains user data only as long as necessary to provide the service. When a user requests Google account disconnection or data deletion, related OAuth tokens and stored Google user data will be deleted within a reasonable period.

10. 사용자 권리 / User Rights

사용자는 언제든지 다음을 요청할 수 있습니다.

Users may request the following at any time:

• Google 계정 연결 해제 / Disconnect Google account
• 저장된 Google 사용자 데이터 삭제 / Delete stored Google user data
• 개인정보 열람 / Access personal information
• 개인정보 수정 / Correct personal information
• 서비스 이용 중단 / Stop using the service
