KOSINUSA 서비스를 이용함으로써 사용자는 본 서비스 이용약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용하지 않아야 합니다.
By using KOSINUSA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.
2. 서비스 설명 / Description of Service
KOSINUSA는 교회, 회원, 사역, 이메일, 주소 및 행정 관리를 돕기 위한 웹 기반 서비스입니다. 사용자의 동의에 따라 Gmail API 및 Google Maps 관련 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
KOSINUSA is a web-based service designed to support church, member, ministry, email, address, and administrative management. With the user’s consent, the service may use Gmail API and Google Maps-related features.
3. Google 계정 연결 / Google Account Connection
사용자는 Google OAuth 동의 절차를 통해 자신의 Google 계정을 KOSINUSA에 연결할 수 있습니다. KOSINUSA는 사용자가 허용한 범위 내에서만 Google 사용자 데이터에 접근합니다.
Users may connect their Google account to KOSINUSA through the Google OAuth consent process. KOSINUSA accesses Google user data only within the scope authorized by the user.
4. Gmail 기능 / Gmail Features
KOSINUSA는 사용자의 동의가 있는 경우 Gmail API를 사용하여 다음 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.
With the user’s consent, KOSINUSA may use the Gmail API to provide the following features:
- 이메일 읽기 / Read emails
- 이메일 작성 및 발송 / Compose and send emails
- 이메일 수정 / Modify emails
- 이메일 삭제 또는 휴지통 이동 / Delete or move emails to trash
- 이메일 별표 처리 / Star or unstar emails
- 이메일 라벨 처리 / Apply or remove labels
5. Google Maps 기능 / Google Maps Features
KOSINUSA는 교회 또는 회원 주소를 지도에 표시하기 위해 Google Maps 관련 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 주소 정보는 지도 표시, 위치 확인, 교회 및 회원 관리 목적으로 사용됩니다.
KOSINUSA may use Google Maps-related features to display church or member addresses on a map. Address information is used for map display, location identification, and church or member management purposes.
6. 사용자 책임 / User Responsibilities
사용자는 서비스를 합법적이고 적절한 목적으로만 사용해야 합니다.
Users must use the service only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
- 정확한 정보를 제공해야 합니다 / Users must provide accurate information
- 타인의 계정이나 데이터를 무단으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다 / Users must not access another person’s account or data without permission
- 스팸, 사기, 악성 행위, 불법 활동에 서비스를 사용해서는 안 됩니다 / Users must not use the service for spam, fraud, malicious activity, or illegal activity
- 계정 접근 권한과 로그인 정보를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다 / Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure
7. 금지된 사용 / Prohibited Use
사용자는 다음 목적으로 KOSINUSA를 사용할 수 없습니다.
Users may not use KOSINUSA for the following purposes:
- 불법 행위 / Illegal activities
- 스팸 또는 무단 대량 이메일 발송 / Spam or unauthorized bulk email
- 타인의 개인정보 침해 / Violation of another person’s privacy
- 서비스 보안 또는 시스템을 방해하는 행위 / Interference with service security or systems
- Google 또는 제3자의 정책을 위반하는 행위 / Violation of Google or third-party policies
8. 개인정보 보호 / Privacy
KOSINUSA의 개인정보 처리 방식은 개인정보처리방침에 설명되어 있습니다. 사용자는 서비스를 이용함으로써 개인정보처리방침에도 동의합니다.
KOSINUSA’s handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, users also agree to the Privacy Policy.
9. Google API 사용 / Use of Google APIs
KOSINUSA의 Google API 사용은 Google API Services User Data Policy 및 Limited Use 요구사항을 준수합니다.
KOSINUSA’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
10. 계정 연결 해제 / Disconnecting Your Account
사용자는 언제든지 KOSINUSA에서 Google 계정 연결 해제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 또한 Google 계정 보안 설정에서 KOSINUSA의 접근 권한을 직접 철회할 수 있습니다.
Users may request disconnection of their Google account from KOSINUSA at any time. Users may also revoke KOSINUSA’s access directly from their Google Account security settings.
11. 서비스 변경 및 중단 / Service Changes and Availability
KOSINUSA는 서비스 기능을 개선, 변경, 일시 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 기술적 문제, 보안 문제, 유지보수 또는 외부 서비스 변경으로 인해 서비스 이용이 일시적으로 제한될 수 있습니다.
KOSINUSA may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue service features. Service availability may be limited due to technical issues, security concerns, maintenance, or changes in third-party services.
12. 지적재산권 / Intellectual Property
KOSINUSA 서비스, 디자인, 소프트웨어, 로고 및 관련 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 KOSINUSA 또는 해당 권리자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 사전 허가 없이 이를 복사, 수정, 배포 또는 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
The rights to the KOSINUSA service, design, software, logo, and related content belong to KOSINUSA or the respective rights holders. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit such materials without prior permission.
13. 보증의 부인 / Disclaimer of Warranties
KOSINUSA는 서비스를 안정적으로 제공하기 위해 노력하지만, 서비스가 항상 오류 없이 작동하거나 중단 없이 제공된다는 것을 보장하지 않습니다. 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다.
KOSINUSA makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service, but does not guarantee that the service will always operate without errors or interruptions. The service is provided “as is.”
14. 책임의 제한 / Limitation of Liability
관련 법률이 허용하는 범위 내에서 KOSINUSA는 서비스 사용 또는 사용 불가로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 우발적, 특별, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KOSINUSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
15. 이용 제한 및 종료 / Suspension or Termination
사용자가 본 약관을 위반하거나 서비스 보안에 위험을 초래하는 경우, KOSINUSA는 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
If a user violates these Terms or creates a security risk to the service, KOSINUSA may suspend or terminate access to the service.
16. 준거법 / Governing Law
본 약관은 관련 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 법률상 요구되는 경우를 제외하고, 서비스와 관련된 분쟁은 KOSINUSA 운영자의 관할 지역 법률에 따릅니다.
These Terms will be interpreted according to applicable law. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes related to the service will be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of KOSINUSA.
17. 약관 변경 / Changes to These Terms
KOSINUSA는 필요에 따라 본 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 이 페이지에 게시되며, 게시 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
KOSINUSA may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means that the user agrees to the updated Terms.
