     교회의 머리 되신 주 예수 그리스도의 은혜가 재미한인 예수교장로회에 속한 모든 교회와 사역자에게 충만하시기를

 기원합니다.  아래와 같이 제35차 정기총회를 소집하오니, 참석해 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 1.주제 :  “겉옷을 팔아 검을 사라”(누가22:36)

  • 2.일시 : 2019년 10월 8(화) 오후 3:00 - 10일(목) 오후 12시
  •                총회는 10월 8일(화) 오후 3:00 개회예배를 시작으로 개회합니다.

  •    1) ① 총대명단   ② 노회 1년 예결산보고서 ③ 총회상정안건
  •       이 세가지 서류를 총회 서기에게 8월 31일(토)까지 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 8. 각 상임위원회 위원장이 협조해 주실 일
  •    1)연간 활동보고서는 8월 30일(토)까지 총회서기에게 이메일 해 주시기 바랍니다.
  •    2)재정보고서는 총회회계에게 8월 30일(토)까지 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 9. 노회원은 노회서기에게 총회참석 여부와 비행기 정보를 알려 주셔서 숙박준비와 원활한  
  •     교통편의 제공에 차질이 없도록 협조해 주시기 바랍니다.

Announcement for the 35th General Assembly of KPCA(Kosin)

Topic: The Announcement of the 35th General Assembly of KPCA(Kosin)
 
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 
May the grace of Lord Jesus Christ, the head of the church, be on all churches and ministers in our denomination I sincerely invite you to come to the 35th general assembly as below.
                                                 
1. Theme: “Sell your Cloak and Buy a Sword”(Luke 22:36)

2. Date: Oct. 8 (Tue) 3:00 pm – 10(Thu) 12:00pm, 2019
The general assembly will start with the opening service at 3 pm, Oct. 8 (Tue).

3. Venue: San Jose Korean Presbyterian Church (Pastor Sukhyun Park)

Important: You should complete your reservation by Sept. 7th by contacting the Hotel directly. Attached is the list of participants arranged by presbytery. Each presbytery can make reservation in your convenience.)

5. Please let Pastor Dajin Yoon know the list of the delegates and flight information (arrival airport, airline, time) by Sept. 7 (Sat.).

6. Please pay  $1,500 per presbytery for meal to the treasurer (Kyungbum Shin. Payable to KPCA)

7. Cooperation needed from the secretaries of each Presbytery
Please submit the following three information to the secretary of the General Assembly by Aug. 31st (Sat.): 1) Names of Delegates, 2) Yearly budget of presbytery, 3) Proposed agenda to the General Assembly

8. Cooperation needed from each Committee
1) Please submit annual activity report to the secretary of the general assembly by Aug. 30 (Sat.).
2) Please submit your finance report to the treasurer of the general assembly by Aug. 30th (Sat.)

9. All delegates should submit your attendance and flight information to the secretary of your presbytery in order to prepare lodging and transportation.
