Topic: The Announcement of the 35th General Assembly of KPCA(Kosin)

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.  

May the grace of Lord Jesus Christ, the head of the church, be on all churches and ministers in our denomination I sincerely invite you to come to the 35th general assembly as below.

1.Theme: “Sell your Cloak and Buy a Sword”(Luke 22:36)

2.Date: Oct. 8 (Tue) 3:00 pm – 10(Thu) 12:00pm, 2019

The general assembly will start with the opening service at 3 pm, Oct. 8 (Tue).

3.Venue: San Jose Korean Presbyterian Church (Pastor Sukhyun Park)

Important: You should complete your reservation by Sept. 7th by contacting the Hotel directly. Attached is the list of participants arranged by presbytery. Each presbytery can make reservation in your convenience.)

5.Please let Pastor Dajin Yoon know the list of the delegates and flight information (arrival airport, airline, time) by Sept. 7 (Sat.).

6.Please pay  $1,500 per presbytery for meal to the treasurer (Kyungbum Shin. Payable to KPCA)

7.Cooperation needed from the secretaries of each Presbytery

Please submit the following three information to the secretary of the General Assembly by Aug. 31st (Sat.): 1) Names of Delegates, 2) Yearly budget of presbytery, 3) Proposed agenda to the General Assembly

8.Cooperation needed from each Committee

1)Please submit annual activity report to the secretary of the general assembly by Aug. 30 (Sat.).

2)Please submit your finance report to the treasurer of the general assembly by Aug. 30th (Sat.)

9.All delegates should submit your attendance and flight information to the secretary of your presbytery in order to prepare lodging and transportation.
